You'll need:
100 g dark chocolate (minimum 75% cocoa)
Peppermint essence
2 x Fresh Lemons
850 g Icing Sugar
Food Colouring (we used both red and green)
Rolling Pin
Heart Cutter (or whatever shape you want to make)
