S04E003, Places to Pray: Kitchen, Family Prayer Time

Peter and JoJo continue to encourage us to Pray as a family to pray in different places. This time they’re in the Kitchen a place central to feeding the household, where all the family go at different times of the day and throughout the day.

They highlight how the kitchen can be a good place to pray and some challenges to praying in the kitchen. From this discussion, JoJo notes that we tend to sit down to pray, and the kitchen gives us the opportunity to stand up and pray.

Peter and JoJo take the time to pray for cooking equipment, food preparation and ask God to help us to be generous and show hospitality. Peter and JoJo challenge us to pray in the kitchen, to make it a regular place for the family to pray and encourage us to put our prayers on the fridge to help us with our prayers.
