Whatever is going on; whatever your life looks like right now; wherever you’ve come from; whatever is looming ahead of you – there is always reason to Praise God!
At the time of recording this video, I am finding myself breathless.
For me, it will pass and is simply the side effect of having my heart medication dropped by 50%. That is a good thing, but it is not a pleasant thing to work through!
However, it is still worth making the effort to Praise God!
Whatever we may feel like can change in an instant, and making the effort to Praise God, no matter what, is the very best, most reliable route I know - and have ever experienced – of dealing with negative emotion feeling, and allowing God to redeem them into something amazing.
There is always something to be thankful for, even if it takes us a moment to see it.
So, no matter what Praise God. Nuff Said!

[00:00:00] So another Andy B Two Minute Video. Excuse me, I'm sucking a little sweet thing for my throat. Anyway that fits quite nicely. This is all about praising God.
[00:00:17] Now as Christians praising God, we can, we can kind of think of that in different things. We can think of Sunday morning, praising God in worship. We can think of waking up camping and a sleeping bag and the sun comes over the horizon, it warms our face and we feel like praising God because it's a beautiful thing to happen.
[00:00:36] Praising God is really good to do. And when things are going great, it's lovely to praise God.
[00:00:40] I remember as a LA I was in a, in a church, a Holy Spirit was really moving through the church, and we'd frequently have like a celebration service, loads of really banging tunes, singing, shouting, praising God dancing. It was amazing to see. Praising God was just what we did. And I've been responsible for leading some of those services, [00:01:00] creating opportunities for that. It's wonderful!
[00:01:03] But can you praise God when it's bad as. It's not so easy. But it's just as important because God hasn't changed.
[00:01:12] When things are going great, and everything's wonderful and you've got enough money in the bank for everything you need to spend for the month, and you can give to the poor, and your car's in good condition, and you've got a really good job that just got a promotion praising God, then sometimes we forget to do it, but actually it's fairly easy to praise God.
[00:01:29] But can you praise God when it's hard? Can you be like, Corrie Ten Boom's sister in a prisoner of war camp, a death camp, and still praising God. Praising God for the fleas because the fleas allowed them time to have church away from the guards, where it wasn't allowed to happen.
[00:01:48] There's always something to be thankful for! But there's always a reason to thank God!!
[00:01:52] If you've woken up this morning and you've got breath in your lungs, even if it's really hard to breathe, if you've got breath in your lungs, you've got another day [00:02:00] alive, you can praise God.
[00:02:03] I say that because I'm breathless quite a lot at the moment. I've changed my, my heart medication has been reduced, which is good, but it's got lots of side effects as it, my body readjusts. And one of those is I can run up a flight of stairs and suddenly be breathless. Something I've never had before. And something that doesn't happen all the time, it can randomly happen for a few hours of a night time, or in the middle of the day or whatever.
[00:02:24] Despite difficult, despite losing sleep, I've been determined no matter what, I'm going to praise God because God does not change. And God is always, always worthy to be praised because He first loved you.
