In Season 3, Episode 6, of Little Blessings Online, Jo and Andy and their team look at different jobs and job-related hats. Many jobs require us to wear certain hats or helmets; have a go at matching hats to jobs – it’s a question of hats!

Art Time

For Art time, Jo shows us how to make a hat for someone who cooks for a living – a Chef’s hat. You can make a plain white one, make one with your name on or you can draw your own artistic pattern on the hat. If you have a go, we will take our hats off to you!

Chef’s hat

• Parchment/greaseproof paper (100 cm)
• Ruler
• Scissors
• A4 paper x2 (x3 for a bigger hat)
• Sticky tape
• glue
• pencils/ crayons/ paints or felt tip pens

Story Time

Andy B tells us all about Joe who has lots of different jobs in his life, including shepherd, butler and Second in command to the King – you must find out how this happened. Joe would have worn many different hats, but the most fancy one would have been when he got to work for the King.
